May I ask how to translate fle*ble bladder?

In this sentence, how should “fle*ble bladder” and “qualification pressure” be translated?

How should it be translated? A fle*ble bladder can achieve a pressure of 5 times that amount, but its pressure doesn’t seem very high. So I guess this pressure tool is a bit like the bellows of an accordion; as for how to flip it…… I don’t know either. It is permissible to use a flexible bladder in order to achieve this qualification pressure. The highest pressure reached during testing is called the certification pressure. The certification pressure should be at least five times the design pressure. The pressure can be brought to the certified pressure level using an elastic bladder.
It needs to be determined based on the context
A fle*ble bladder is essentially a buffer tank, the inner container within the pressure regulator housing at the outlet of the positive displacement pump – in other words, an elastic air sac.
