Just resolved a temperature issue. The fault symptoms are as follows: the catalyst temperatures on both sides of the synthesis tower, with a total of 6 points across 3 layers. It had been working normally until one day when it was found that the temperature rose smoothly to around 120°C by 6 o’clock, with fluctuations. Upon on-site inspection, the thermocouple was found to be functioning properly, and short-circuiting it also displayed the ambient temperature. After replacing the I/O card, the temperature dropped to around 20°C. After remaining stable for a few hours, it dropped back to around 0°C. By swapping positions with other points and sending MV and mA signals either in front of the safety barrier or on the terminal board, no readings were obtained, which indicates a fault in the terminal board, the data cables, or the connection bases. After using the elimination method, replacing the data cable resolved the issue. Strangely enough, I tried using other data cables as intermediaries as well, but it still didn’t display anything. Could it be due to inconsistent ranges?
What kind of cable is this channel data cable exactly? Is it the wire from the terminal to the template? Is it the cable from the controller to the host computer? There’s some confusion……
Place the thermocouple in the oven to be \"heated up\" before installing it. As long as there is a little bit of moisture, such fluctuations will occur.
