In chemical manufacturing companies, the dangers associated with chemical production are well known to everyone. If someone falls asleep at work, they are putting the lives of their colleagues and their own life at risk, and we must resolutely oppose such behavior. Even if someone really isn’t well-rested, they should find someone to take over their duties for a while so that they can rest before continuing to work. However, in most factories, there is a shortage of staff, with one person assigned to each position; therefore, it is necessary for each of us to get enough rest before starting work to ensure that we have sufficient energy to carry out our tasks.

It’s still required that everyone get enough rest before going to work, so that there is job security.
