The issue of learning at work*

Once one starts working, it’s difficult to find opportunities for learning, aside from self-study. I have many concerns regarding this issue: firstly, sometimes it’s hard to concentrate on learning, and secondly, there isn’t enough material available, among other things.
Once again, the more you ask and the more you learn, the better; if you really want to learn things outside of your work, you still have to rely on yourself.
There is a lot of information available; with the advanced state of the internet, it’s easy to obtain data. The key is to make an effort to collect and study it yourself.
I disagree with the original poster’s view; as long as you really want to learn *, you can do so anywhere! After all, working hours are limited, so there’s always time to learn *. It depends on whether you can be disciplined!
Only by keeping learning, persisting in learning, and improving professional skills can one avoid being overtaken by the new generation.
While working, gain as much experience as possible, and upon returning home, reflect on what you’ve learned! ~
After starting work, it’s not like in school; many things can be taught by others, but ultimately one still has to learn on their own
Maintain a positive mindset and resist external ** influences. No one is watching over oneself; everything depends on self-discipline.
