Compressed air is used for purging. The main pressure regulation range. (The flow rate is calculated based on the diameter; the purging pressure is 1.1–1.3 times the maximum operating pressure.) This is just my opinion, for reference only. Please correct me if there are any mistakes! Thank you!
Dry, clean air is required.
Water, electricity, steam, gas, and the associated instruments are in proper working condition. All equipment has been installed and verified to be correct. The temporary piping for purging and the valves have been installed. Number and label the blind flanges that need to be removed (or installed) during purging. Draw a purge flow diagram. Prepare the normal gasket for reset. Warning lines and signs must be installed in the purging area and at the discharge outlets. Warning sign prohibiting operation of the valve switch.
