Apart from fields like engineering and civil construction, it seems that in other specialties, one can become a leader in just under 10 years. Moreover, among those who have worked for 10 years, how many are willing to leave their current jobs and give up everything they have? Therefore, HR professionals should target engineers with 5 to 8 years of work experience. Just my humble opinion, haha
