Both the top and bottom temperatures are rising, while the middle temperature isn’t increasing. The opening degree is 206 at 80, and the opening degree of the liquid outlet from the synthesis tower is 40. I’m not sure what the reason is; please help. The opening degree of the liquid outlet valve in the synthesis tower is too large, causing passivated air to flow through the gas lift tower and then via the liquid outlet pipeline of the synthesis tower to the top of the tower. There is insufficient passivated air flowing from the gas phase pipe of the stripping tower, through the high-pressure ammonium methoxide condenser, to the bottom of the synthesis tower; as a result, a large amount of condensation occurs at the bottom of the synthesis tower, and the heat does not reach the middle section.
It’s different from our numbering system and the usual way of expressing it; I really can’t figure it out! Basically, it can be said that the gas takes a short circuit and doesn’t pass through the synthesis tower in large quantities. This post was last edited by lxq700918 on 2009-3-26 22:31.]
Is the temperature reading in the middle area inaccurate? It’s necessary to check whether all other operating conditions are normal; if they are normal, then the temperature reading might be incorrect. Otherwise, other causes should be investigated.
Based on the phenomenon described by the poster, you are likely using single-stream steam heating at the bottom of the stripping tower. Steam enters the synthesis tower in two paths: 1. It enters the upper part of the synthesis tower via the liquid outlet pipe (entering through the overflow port); 2. It enters the bottom of the synthesis tower through the high-pressure gas cooler and its gas-liquid two-phase pipe. This creates some air resistance up and down, resulting in poor steam flow. Close the liquid outlet valve of the small synthesis tower so that steam enters mainly through Route 2. Finally, vent through 202 to achieve a better result; when draining the condensate, remember to also drain any accumulated liquid from the gas-liquid pipe of the high-pressure cooler. (If you proceed in that way, the operating procedure should include ensuring that the temperature difference between the middle part and the upper and lower parts is not too large.) ; rather than keeping the temperature difference between the control tower and below it from being too high.)

Is steam connected to the overflow pipe of your reactor? This may also not be very good for the passivation of the stripping tower.
Our factory also adds steam to the overflow pipe of the synthesis tower! ! ! !
It should be a synthesis tower using a stripping process; this phenomenon has not occurred in synthesis towers operating with the full circulation method
