The unloading process should be carried out slowly at first and then more quickly; check the unloading line as well as the expansion of the container, and strictly control the unloading temperature to ≤500°C. 2. When draining the oil, it is necessary to follow the principle of moving from front to back and from top to bottom, and thoroughly remove gasoline, diesel, reprocessed oil, sludge, etc., one by one. The oil stored in various towers and containers should be emptied as much as possible; discharging it into the sewer system is strictly prohibited. 3. Strictly control the discharge temperature of various oil products; oil is recovered through the slurry system, with the outlet temperature of the cooling tank being ≤100°C.
