Let’s talk about the economics of waste heat power generation in sulfuric acid plants~~~ I went to a sulfuric acid plant a few days ago and just in time to install a new waste heat boiler! Recover heat and generate electricity again... How much electricity can the most efficient waste heat boiler produce by producing one ton of sulfuric acid?

It is difficult to say how many kilowatt-hours of electricity can be generated by 1 ton of acid. The larger the boiling furnace, the greater the average power generation, which is generally between 80-120 kilowatt-hours. Remember, for sulfuric acid plants that use waste heat boilers to generate power, the scale must be greater than 40kt/a to be eligible for this item, otherwise the steam volume will not be enough.
It also depends on the production scale and its technical conditions, how big the boiler is, energy utilization, and whether HRS is applied.
Agree with the above statement, it cannot be measured by the amount of electricity generated. The accurate statement should be, how many tons of steam can be recovered per ton of acid. Assuming that a pure condensing machine is used, all the steam is used to generate electricity, and the amount of electricity generated is the largest.
Our factory’s waste heat power generation is at 110 degrees
