The design pressure is generally controlled between 2.2 and 3.6 MPa
There are many factors that affect the pressure of high-pressure ammonia water, such as the nozzle diameter and installation angle, the structure of the ammonia water system, the number of coke oven holes and coal loading holes, the structure of the coal cars, the weight of the coal being loaded, the height of the coal feed line, and the structure of the dust removal equipment, among others. Generally, for coke ovens with a pressure of 4.3, the design pressure for high-pressure ammonia water is kept between 1.8 and 3.0 MPa; the specific value is determined based on actual conditions.
We keep it around 2.0, but it’s with a single rising tube; in the past, when double rising tube collectors were used, it was essential to carefully control the pressure (suction).
It should generally be maintained at 1.8–2.5 MPa, with the flow rate controlled at 5–6 tons/h
I think a gauge pressure of at least 2 Mp at the coke oven gas collection point is sufficient; as for the amount, it should be related to the number of oven holes and nozzles
The amount of ammonia water and the pressure of ammonia water are not primarily controlled based on the temperature of the gas collection pipe
