On the morning of March 19, the opening ceremony of PetroChina's refining and chemical ERP system promotion project was held at Hohhot Petrochemical Company. Gu Xuejin put forward three requirements for the implementation of ERP system in Hu Petrochemical Company: First, we must implement the group company’s information work deployment and use information technology to assist the development of Hu Petrochemical Company ； Second, we must study seriously * The corporate culture of Hu Petrochemical Company integrates corporate culture into the ERP project, truly closely integrates the concepts and functions of ERP with the development of Hu Petrochemical Company, and makes the ERP system a support platform for the company's production, operation and management. ； Third, we must strictly implement the various rules and regulations of project management to lay the foundation for the successful implementation and in-depth application of the ERP system. He hoped that the project team would adhere to the overall concept and work hard under the unified principle during the project implementation process, contribute to Hu Petrochemical's "4321" project, and contribute to PetroChina's construction of a comprehensive international energy company. Du Jizhou put forward four specific requirements for the promotion and implementation of ERP projects in Hu Petrochemical Company: First, we must unify our thinking, raise awareness, and make it clear that the ERP project is a "top leader" project. Second, we must strengthen the principle of “business leadership and department coordination”. Third, all departments must mobilize elite personnel to participate in project implementation to ensure the quality of key users. Fourth, we must strengthen the training of business backbones to ensure the effectiveness of training. Du Jizhou said that under the guidance of "awareness in place, personnel in place, requirements in place, coordination in place, and effects in place", with the strong support of relevant units and the joint efforts of the project team, Hu Petrochemical's ERP project will be implemented smoothly, go online on schedule, and operate normally. ； Hu Petrochemical's management level will definitely reach a new level.
