Nowadays, there are more posts on forum reporting posts every day. I personally agree with those who post reports. No matter what their motivation is, at least they participate in forum management and section construction in another way. For their reports, we generally give scoring rewards. However, many reported contents should be dealt with promptly by our moderators in daily management. Why are they not handled for a long time and finally concentrated in the report post? This is something our moderators need to think deeply about. I suggest that if the reported content only involves the same forum in the future, members of the patrol team should keep records and evaluate the moderator of the forum at the end of the month. This is also an old problem... In fact, in addition to some new posts, sometimes you have to find some duplicate posts. It is difficult to find unless you search when you need them, and no one's memory is that good... And sometimes the moderator has not processed the newly posted posts, but the report has been uploaded. There may be a time difference problem, which is a bit more complicated...

Forum reporting posts mainly focus on duplicate posts. For more famous posts that appear to be duplicates, the moderator may deal with them. Some posts may be old and the moderator may not remember if they are duplicate posts. In addition, I would like to suggest that we make statistics on reported posts. In sections where reported posts appear frequently, a warning should be given to moderators to remind them to strengthen management. Rewards can be given to sections that appear less frequently.

A section with fewer reports does not necessarily have fewer problems, so rewards will be waived. Because people who report generally discover problems when they are looking for the information they need, it is also feasible to give appropriate reminders to forums with high reporting frequency. Punishments should be used with caution. Being a moderator is not easy, it is very hard.
