When going to a place for inspection, you must sign and hang it at the inspection place. Write the inspection time, conduct irregular inspections, and make corresponding penalties.
I think the most critical thing is for operators to understand that the purpose of inspections is for their own safety, followed by production. If an accident does occur because of a lack of inspection, you will be the one who suffers the most.
Inspections should require dialing, for example, once every two hours, and the signs should correspond to the time. There is no good countermeasure in this regard. The only way is to strengthen the inspection of inspection signs and increase the economic responsibility system assessment, and check the dialing status from time to time (so that employees will notice that you will patrol and dial the status all the time). Because it is linked to the economy, I think employees should pay attention to it. If this continues for a period of time, employees may develop the habit of checking and dialing.* used. Let me introduce what our unit does: Set up a hazard simulation card. That is, when the unit leader usually enters the warehouse for inspection, he will bring a card with the accident point of the simulated hidden danger (should be within the inspection route and inspection content), occurrence time, accident description, contact information, etc., and then place it at the simulated hidden danger location. Then, just wait to see if the inspector can find it. If the card is not found during an inspection period, it means that the inspection personnel are not careful or the quality is not high. ； If it is discovered during the inspection period, there will be no problem.
The method on the fifth floor is very good, but it is difficult for inspections and listings to be effective now, mainly because they cannot be reversed ideologically. Enterprises have adopted various electronic inspection methods, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive. In fact, it cannot achieve the purpose of comprehensively supervising the sense of responsibility of inspection personnel. The method on the fifth floor is easier to do.
A friend upstairs made a very good point about implementing a dialing system, and then installing cameras on site to supervise personnel to conduct inspections on time, and conduct inspections. Once unqualified and illegal areas are found, an economic assessment system should be implemented for inspection personnel.
It all depends on the employee’s attitude towards work. Even if the system is good, it will be useless if the employees don’t implement it.
As a manager, you must first formulate the relevant inspection system, and then supervise the implementation of the system. This is also the most important thing.
A system must be in place and it must be enforceable. Thinking needs to be reversed to fundamentally solve the problem. Install more instruments on site to guide employees through the entire process in the form of meter readings.
The most important thing is to rely on consciousness. The inspection sign-in form adopted by our company is to set up an inspection sign-in form at the company's main locations and places where the inspectors are expected to go. Wherever they go, they must sign in and indicate the time, name, and problems found. This can basically supervise the inspections that the inspector must make, and judge a person's work status from the time. If you commit fraud, deal with it seriously.
