Hello everyone: Could someone please advise me on how to use and operate a hydrometer specifically? What devices are used? The more detailed, the better. Don’t just put in some definitions; I already know those. Urgent, waiting.

In addition to a hydrometer, it is advisable to also have a 2000 ml measuring cylinder and a thermometer. Use a clip to hold the thermometer in place as the liquid sample to be tested is poured into the measuring cylinder. Be careful to avoid the formation of bubbles; submerge the bulb of the thermometer in the liquid, and place the thermometer gently in the center of the cylinder, away from the walls. Wait for more than half an hour before taking readings. It is important that the environmental temperature remain stable during the measurement process. In general, chemical plants use specific gravity to determine the quantity of materials that are being introduced.
