Title: Distillation of ethanol-water system to obtain 99.9% ethanol. Competition type: Theoretical research, engineering design. Requirement: Based on the principles and methods of unit operations covered in the Chemical Engineering Principles course and its laboratory component, as well as other relevant basic knowledge, students are required to address a specified chemical engineering problem. They must consult relevant materials, plan experimental procedures, design specific processes, construct experimental setups, determine the steps to be followed, carry out the experiments, and obtain results from pilot tests. Subsequently, they need to conduct a technical and economic evaluation of these results, draw conclusions, and submit a research report. I think it must be design of azeotropic distillation.
