In the pulping section, the water-coal ratio is generally controlled by a proportional control system; then why is there no interlock in Fengxi?
There are so many coal chemical enterprises in Xinjiang; just pick a few of them and see which one uses proportional control.
It is definitely incorrect to have no interlocks in the pulping section; however, this process involves a mixing ratio of solids and liquids, and once the ratio is adjusted according to the type of coal, the slurry concentration generally does not change in real time! Even with real-time adjustment, it can’t be adjusted accurately!
