What is the reason for installing a flow meter on the high-pressure nitrogen purge line alongside the oxygen pipeline?
Texaco? There isn’t! ! ! It seems like it’s not very useful either
We have also included a flow meter in our design; it is used primarily to determine the purging time based on the nitrogen flow rate, in order to achieve the best purging results. Generally, the designs vary from manufacturer to manufacturer; only by considering the actual conditions can one obtain values that suit one’s own needs! !
There is a minimum purge flow setting; an alarm is triggered when the flow is too low, to prevent backflow of syngas after shutdown or inadequate purging
