It doesn’t seem to be as you said; where does the water from the slag pool go after slag discharge? 1. The flash system is started in order to establish the true flash liquid level ; 2. During normal production, it is to desorb the acidic gases dissolved in the slag pool water in the true flash tank.
The temperature of the slag pool water is 50–60 degrees; it then goes to the sedimentation tank. Moreover, can acidic gases be separated at a vacuum temperature (below 90 degrees for four-stage flash evaporation)? ? ?
It can be flash-evaporated after being pressurized by a pump
Based on the temperature of the slag pool water being around 85 degrees, the operating temperature for true flash is 79 degrees. So I can only give it away
In normal production, this water can be subjected to vacuum flash evaporation or sent to a clarification tank; in either case, it must eventually be sent to the clarification tank.
In fact, when used properly, the Texaco process is a quite environmentally friendly one; it generates no wastewater, as water is recycled within the system. The water in the slag pool is a type of wastewater; therefore, after being combined with the true flash, it returns to the system. True flashing is the only place where it is possible to reduce high system pressure; flashing is directly related to pressure, and it allows the gases present in the water to be released, thereby ensuring the \"dissolved cleanliness\" of the water!
It is usually sent to the sedimentation tank for treatment; during normal production, there are pipelines that lead to the vacuum flash drum, but we generally don’t use them!
Sending the water from the slag tank to the vacuum flash tank represents a form of water recycling. From a design perspective, the temperature of the black water discharged from the slag tank is higher than that in the vacuum flash tank; moreover, the black water from the gasification furnace contains a significant amount of acidic gases. Therefore, it needs to be sent to the vacuum flash tank for further flashing in order to release these acidic gases. From a production perspective, the slag pool is at atmospheric pressure and the water temperature is not very high; therefore, some manufacturers can simply discharge it into a sedimentation tank for reuse.
Who can explain it in detail? I’m not quite understanding it
If it’s already been learned, then wouldn’t it be better to go for true flashing? Further flashing is even more ideal, and then proceed to the clarification tank
