In vacuum mode: The vacuum in the workshop first enters buffer tank 1, where some impurities are removed; it then goes into the vacuum pump. The liquid that is absorbed, or the liquid that evaporates from the vacuum pump, enters buffer tank 2, while any liquid that cannot be absorbed is sent to the exhaust tower for removal. It can be absorbed and discharged from the bottom of the furrow irrigation. Today, I heard from the engineer that there is a connection between the water in the vacuum pump and the water in the buffer tank? Because the workshop keeps the process water replenishment system running continuously when using vacuum pumps, which results in significant waste. Is it possible to install a magnetic float level gauge on unit 2, and a solenoid valve on the process water to enable interlocking? When the internal liquid level reaches a certain level, the vacuum pump is automatically refilled with water, which helps to save a significant amount of process water. (There are 3 in the workshop. ) The wastewater discharged is treated in the wastewater treatment plant, which also incurs costs.
