The maximum working pressure is 1.8MPa, the working temperature is 0~43℃, the design pressure is 1.98MPa, the design temperature is 50℃, the volume is 100m3, the cylinder and head material Q345R diameter and height, comprehensive consideration is taken to take the nominal diameter of 3800mm, the cylinder height of 7500mm, and the skirt support is according to GB 150 Calculation of cylinder and head thickness, opening reinforcement and safety valve seismic load, wind load and axial stress verification are to be calculated according to JB/T 4710 steel tower vessels. However, the scope of use of Article 1 of JB/T 4710 reads, "Applicable to skirt self-supporting steel tower vessels with a height greater than 10m and a ratio of height to average diameter greater than 5." The calculation method in JB/4710-2005 is based on converting the tower into a rod-type mathematical model. If the height is not enough, the calculation error will be very large. Therefore, the poster's question cannot be calculated based on JB4710. From a conventional design point of view, the poster's equipment does not need to be that complicated. It can be calculated as a vertical container. Don't make it that complicated.

When calculating strength and opening reinforcement, you can use ordinary vertical containers to calculate. When checking and calculating skirts, use towers to calculate. This is what I did.

For the verification of the skirt, you can refer to the design of the skirt in the tower design to check the wind bending moment and overturning bending moment. As long as the verification is passed, it will be fine.
It is enough to design according to the vertical storage tank, not the tower. It is very conservative to choose skirt support. Normally, choose leg support.
