It hasn’t been done specifically. It should be possible to simulate it using a flash tank and a simple heat exchanger, as long as the heat amount is known.
Using Flash might be the simplest way
A heat exchanger will do. The medium that generates steam is known, as is the temperature of the deoxygenated water; it’s then sufficient to determine the pressure at which steam is produced. It’s very simple
