Views on scoring for the same IP address

I registered on March 6th of this year; it was one of my younger colleagues who introduced me to this place. I learned a lot here at Haichuan. Regarding scoring based on IP address, I think it can’t be generalized. In our company, which operates in a local network environment, we often don’t even know the usernames of many of our colleagues. We simply judge the quality of posts without considering where they originated, and that’s how we assign scores. Just as people on the Internet are strangers to one another yet can communicate with each other, they do so for a common purpose of learning*, and they also strive to turn the Internet into a paradise for chemical engineering enthusiasts for the same reason. I’m in the fifth grade now. Besides the younger brother who introduced me to Haichuan, the moderator also added 10 points to my score in last week’s post. When I found out about this, I criticized him and sent a text message to the moderator to apologize. I believe that the scoring for the same IP address should be determined on a case-by-case basis; at the same time, the rules regarding HaiChuan need to be improved to distinguish between scores given by members who are unaware of the same IP address.
