Early carbon dioxide stripping equipment did not have a temperature measurement point in the gas phase pipe of the stripping tower. Almost all new plants added this thermocouple. Please tell me.: 1. Is it necessary for the old factory to add this thermocouple? 2. What is the role of this thermocouple in production? The N/C and H/C deviation phenomena it represents are the most accurate, but the performance lags behind.
There are also temperature points on the gas outlet pipeline of our stripping tower. The judgment of N/C and H/C is based on the outlet gas temperature, but W is not an important indicator. It mainly depends on the outlet gas and lower liquid temperature of high methane cold. What is the exact method? Can you explain it in detail? The lag may mean that the ammonia-to-carbon ratio is adjusted, and it takes a long time for the material to flow here?
Do you have separate temperature points for the gas and liquid phase tubes of your high-temperature cooling system? What's the use of gas phase? We have it in the liquid phase.
Several functions of this temperature measurement point: 1. When the high-pressure coil heats up, it can provide a reference or basis for controlling the heating rate of the stripping tower. 2. In normal production, it can be used as a basis for the high-pressure coil to assist in judging the ammonia-carbon ratio and water-carbon ratio. If the temperature is high, it may be due to a high water-to-carbon ratio and a low ammonia-to-carbon ratio. ; On the contrary, the water-to-carbon ratio is low and the ammonia-to-carbon ratio is high. 3. In normal production, it can be used as one of the references to assist in judging the stripping efficiency of the stripping tower. The temperature is high and the stripping efficiency is high ; On the contrary, the stripping efficiency is low. Of course, this is only one of the auxiliary means, not the main means.

This was a post discussed two months ago, and I will add one now. The old device does not have this temperature point. After so many years, there is no need to add another point. The new device has a temperature point, which is only beneficial. Everyone’s opinions are correct. If the temperature at this point is too high, it means that the upper part of the stripper pipe is too hot, so be careful about corrosion.
Nowadays, domestic technology is available, but the original imported equipment was not! It has no impact on the judgment of the process during use and actual production!
