If you don’t go through primary sedimentation, the SS is still 500. In this case, the cost of chemicals per ton of water is about 0.15-0.2 yuan (the PAC concentration meets the national requirements and the price is in line with the market, that is, 850-900 per ton). It is still difficult to have an SS of no more than 15. If you go through the initial settlement, the cost will be about 4 cents, and there is no problem if the SS is reduced to 15.
Yellow River water treatment generally involves adding polyacrylamide for grit treatment and PAC for sedimentation treatment. This is the process used by Henan Chalco Zhengzhou Branch. If subsequent water quality requirements are high, a first-level valveless filter can be added. The cost of photomedicine should be around 0.2-0.3 yuan.
Coagulation treatment is a good method, but when used as circulating water, whether commonly used aluminum salts or iron salts are used as coagulants, a large amount of chloride ions or sulfate ions will be brought in, which will cause increased corrosion of the circulating water system. It is easy to block the filter if it is used. How about using diatomaceous earth as a coagulant?
Friends on the third floor, I heard that Chinalco Zhengzhou Branch’s project using Yellow River water was quite successful. They seem to have subsequently processed it into desalted water for boilers. Do you know how much it costs per ton to process it into desalted water? I don’t know which manufacturers have been successful in using diatomite as a coagulant. We are not a state-owned enterprise with deep pockets, and we dare not try to do what the first few did.
