May I ask how to write the model number for the flat gate valve that serves as the first valve in an oil tank at an oil depot? Rigid seal or soft seal? Single gate or double gate? Are there any flow guide holes? Is the design standard JB/T5298-91? Why is the design temperature in the standard only 121? Thank you very much! ! !

To understand a model, one must first comprehend what it represents. For example: KZ543WF-16C, which indicates a nominal pressure of 1.6 MPa, bevel gear drive (code 5), flange connection (code 4), no flow guide holes (code W; these are not indicated when present), a straight-stem parallel single-disc gate valve (code 3; double discs use code 4). The valve body is made of WCB, while the sealing surface is made of reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene (code F). Oil storage tanks generally use soft seals; since I’m not aware of your operating methods, I’ll assume manual operation for now. A flow guide hole is likely not necessary. Assuming a DN200 size and normal pressure conditions, the appropriate model would be Z43WF-16C. The force with which the gate is pressed against the valve seat is controlled by the medium pressure acting on the floating gate or the floating valve seat. The temperature requirement isn’t high because the seat of the flat gate valve is floating, with an O-ring behind it. Since the O-ring is made of rubber, it can’t withstand high temperatures. Flat gate valves are mainly used in oil depots and natural gas pipelines, where the temperatures aren’t high. However, we now have flat gate valves that are suitable for high-temperature environments.
