Coal crushing silo (C---E)? Coal Silo? How should this character meaning “crushing” be expressed?

Using “grinded” would work, meaning ground up.
This is equipment used in steelmaking: Coarse coal is ground into coal powder using a ball mill, then sent to a silo, from where it is transported via gas for combustion. Therefore, the silo here can simply be called a coal silo – it’s the container used in this process.
