Has anyone experienced layoffs recently? Last week, at the American company where I work, 24 people were suddenly laid off in a very quick and inhumane manner! Have you guys experienced it?
:Doesn’t L mean that there’s a rule requiring that reports be submitted when a certain number or more people need to be laid off?
The regulations seem to be aimed at state-owned enterprises
State-owned enterprises must file a report if they lay off 20 or more employees at once
Our subordinate departments lay off employees due to poor performance; the number of layoffs is small, but it is a very effective human resources strategy.
There are now far more private enterprises than state-owned ones. When our factory laid off employees, the reason given was the financial crisis and poor business conditions; dozens of people were laid off at once
This is what private companies do: regardless of anything, they cut back on any positions that are considered unnecessary and take this opportunity to eliminate them first.
