The pressure difference due to blockage in cold exchanges is high; those with experience in this area please explain the cooking process and what temperature should be maintained How long will it take? Add medication? Could it lead to leaks or similar consequences? Thank you so much!
After the system is depressurized, blind flanges should be installed at the outlet of the water cooler and at the inlet of the synthesis tower. Hot washing with steam and boiler soft water is sufficient; no chemicals are needed. Hot washing was carried out some time ago, but I’ve been unable to find that procedure after searching for a long time. It’s a shame!
