Should liquid ammonia be evaluated as a liquid or a gas?
I’m not sure what method you use for evaluation; generally, it is based on the liquid itself

Last time it was handled as a liquid, but experts suggested treating it as a gas, as its hazard classification falls under Category 2.3 toxic gases; therefore it should be considered a gas. However, after consulting friends from the design institute, they said it’s better to treat it as a liquid

Firstly, the difference between gases and liquids means that the required safety distances are different
