Our plant’s power-free ammonia recovery unit was installed not long ago, and recently freezing has occurred frequently in the off-gas. The off-gas in our plant comes from the exhaust gas resulting from membrane separation hydrogen recovery; how can we remove the moisture from this off-gas to ensure that it does not freeze at temperatures between -55 and -65 degrees?
It is estimated that the off-gas contains water vapor; therefore, it is recommended to install a dedicated water-removal adsorption unit in the pipeline before the off-gas enters the unpowered ammonia recovery device.
