Recently, there have been many disputes regarding the scoring for the same IP address. I believe that scoring based on the same IP address is justified, and there are three reasons for this: 1. Various companies set up local area networks, and within such networks, many people do not know each other. 2. As long as the post is meaningful, it can be rated. 3. The purpose of Haichuan Forum is to create a communication platform. 4. Even with upgraded mutual rating, it will not cause significant harm to HaiChuan. For the above reasons, I believe Haichuan should improve its management mechanisms. For posts with the same IP address score, they should be allowed as long as the post is meaningful. It is possible to establish scoring criteria or disclose IP addresses, setting a maximum score for the same address; to keep HaiChuan active, it is necessary to accept various opinions. Severe punishment is imposed on those who maliciously violate the rules or engage in mutual flattery. The above suggestions are provided for reference by the forum administrators.
Sharing the post by the cleaner: “Regarding the issue of rating with the same IP address, we are seeking technical solutions to address it. In the meantime, the forum prohibits malicious mutual rating using the same IP address; whenever such cases are detected, we contact the relevant parties. Additionally, it’s easy to determine whether ratings are given intentionally by looking at the content being rated.” If so, it needs to be handled regardless of whether they are on the same IP. Once we are in a forum with rules, we must work together to uphold them; a relatively fair and peaceful environment is what we need. ”
Discussions are underway within the management team to change the policy from banning identical IPs to banning malicious mutual reviews
This revision is clear and straightforward; we strongly support it
The moderator is really smart! Points should be given for meaningful posts! :P
