A suggestion regarding those who are encouraged to upload materials

I haven’t been at HaiChuan for long, but I feel it’s a great place – everyone is active in contributing their opinions, and there’s a lot of information available. Here’s a small suggestion: adding 1 unit of wealth for each post, and deducting 1 unit of wealth for downloading an attachment seems reasonable, as after all, some people put in the effort while others benefit from the results. However, it seems inappropriate to also give the poster an additional 1 unit of wealth, considering that uploading a file involves tasks such as collecting, organizing, compressing, and uploading it... I suggest that those who upload attachments should receive 50% of the 1 unit of wealth deducted from those who download them; I think this would help motivate everyone. Just some ideas; please discuss any shortcomings.
Members who upload materials can be rated by moderators and others. The materials for the forum are already quite comprehensive; many of the files uploaded so far are repetitive. Automatically increasing wealth is inappropriate.
Uploading materials is not everything; it’s more about technical exchanges. What’s the use of earning 1 point of wealth? If one relies on just that 1 point to level up, how many posts would need to be made? What’s important is to post quality content, help others, and earn points from them.

I just saw a post on another website forum stating that money is earned from the traffic generated by downloads, with 20% of that amount given as a commission to the person who shared the material. Could we give commisions to those who share materials based on the number of downloads, as a reward to motivate them? After all, uploading files of several dozen megabytes or even hundreds of megabytes requires considerable effort.
