How can the property methods for AMINE in PRO/II accelerate convergence?

This post was last edited by longkui1990 on 2012-6-25 23:14. In PRO/II, modules such as towers that use the amine function operate very slowly and it is difficult for them to converge. Is there any way to accelerate convergence? If one sets the damping factor and error increasing factor in CONVERGENCE DATA, how should these values be assigned? Please ask an expert for advice!
For non-ideal systems, sometimes reducing the damping factor helps to achieve convergence; at least that’s the case in HYSSYS. I remember adjusting this value by making it smaller, and that led to convergence
