Cryogenic equipment, such as LNG tanks and liquid oxygen tanks, is referred to as Cryogenic Vessels. Therefore, a cryogenic cooler is simply a Cryogenic Vessel. It differs from ordinary low-temperature equipment. Abroad, it is called cryogenics; in China, it is referred to as low-temperature jacketed containers (in local dialects).
Flashed methanol = methanol after flashing. A chiller can be used for this purpose; it provides a higher level of cooling than a cooler. In ethylene cracking units, the equipment used for deep cooling is referred to as a chilling train, as it involves cooling in stages. In some methanol production processes, it is simply called an “ammonia cooler,” as ammonia is used as the cooling agent; one can find detailed information on such processes by looking up relevant original documents online.
Both \"chiller\" and \"deep freezer\" are used as terms. A deep freezer is designed for freezing, that is, for causing substances to solidify and freeze.
