Can the heat exchanger used to heat crude oil be placed in the heating furnace area?

The heat exchanger used to heat crude oil is considered a pressure vessel, right? Can it be placed in the heating furnace area? What should be the safe distance from the heating furnace if it’s not possible to maintain that distance? I couldn’t find it in the fire safety regulations. I would appreciate some guidance from an expert. Do heat exchangers fall under category A or B closed-process equipment? Is the safety distance from the heating furnace 20m? My original answer was a bit laughable. I reviewed the provisions in GB50160, the Code for Fire Protection Design of Petrochemical Enterprises, and found that for process equipment whose medium temperature is below its autoignition point, the fire separation distance from other process equipment or rooms, as well as from open-flame equipment, is 15 meters.
