Fluid control valves are essential components in industries such as oil and gas, chemicals, and water treatment. They often need to be designed to withstand high/low temperatures, corrosion, and high pressures in order to function effectively in harsh working conditions. In fluid control valves, a precision worm gear pair with a small module is the key element that ensures their quality; it is required to have high precision, smooth meshing, good wear resistance, and high transmission efficiency. For a long time, the efficient mass production of precision worm gear pairs with small module sizes has been a bottleneck restricting the development of high-end liquid control valves in China.
