Problems with flange standards

I have a question: are the flange standards for PN1.0 and 150LB both ANSI? What is the difference between the two? Can the two be used interchangeably? Also, can PN5.0 and 300LB flanges be used interchangeably? Thank you! !
300LB and 5MPa are interchangeable; nowadays, valves are generally specified in terms of pounds.
PN1.0 should be the European standard series of flanges per the Ministry of Chemical Industry standards (HG); it differs from the ANSI standard, so it cannot be used interchangeably with 150LB flanges. PN5.0 should be the American standard series for HG flanges issued by the Ministry of Chemical Industry; it is essentially equivalent to the ANSI standard, so it can be used interchangeably with 300LB flanges.
I’ve never seen PN1.0 or 5.0 either. The most commonly seen ones are PN6; PN10 and CLASS 150, as well as PN50 and CLASS 300, can be used interchangeably without any problem. Guys upstairs, please note that PN and MPa are not the same~~ If the values used in this post are in MPa, then 1.0 Mpa is equivalent to 150, and 5 Mpa is equivalent to 300; these values can be used interchangeably.
