Control of the use of Shell flame detectors?

Could everyone discuss the settings for Shell’s flame detection? My understanding is that oil and fire detection, as well as coal and fire detection, are provided separately. They are used respectively for analyzing the combustion conditions of the open burner during ignition, as well as for detecting the combustion conditions after coal is burned with injected powder. It can’t be called oil and flame detection; it should be SUB flame detection and IB flame detection. In fact, what you mean is correct
The problem now is that Shell has four guns, but only one sub-fire detector and one IB fire detector have been installed. According to normal engineering requirements, each burner should be equipped with a flame detector. I wonder what considerations drove Shell to make such a decision?
