1. Check that all vehicle documents are in order. 2. The tank truck must be in a braked state before the infusion tube is connected; it should be moved away promptly after filling is complete. If the filling process is interrupted for an extended period (overnight or during holidays), the connection to the infusion tube should be disconnected. 3. The tank truck must be equipped with a fire shield, and the engine must be turned off during filling operations. 4. Take precautions to prevent frostbite. 5. When valves, instruments, and connections on the equipment freeze, it is strictly forbidden to use hammers or open flames to thaw them; instead, clean, oil-free hot air at 70–80°C, hot nitrogen, or warm water should be used for thawing. 6. When filling with liquid oxygen, gloves and work clothes must not contain any grease. If the clothing of the filling personnel has become saturated with oxygen, they must not enter areas with open flames; their clothing should be changed if necessary. The purge time in the atmosphere shall be no less than 15 minutes

In terms of actual performance, many of our staff do not know the steps for filling tank trucks nor the safety requirements! If safety is needed, genuine efforts must be made to ensure that everyone understands the importance of safety – safety first!

Before filling, the pipes, valves, and liquid pumps must be thoroughly pre-cooled. When closing valves, do not use excessive force, as this may damage the seals. (For reference)
