How do we generally consider the air consumption of valves?

The pressure in the instrument air distribution pipe network is adjusted to 800 kPag through the automatic control system, and the minimum pressure of the instrument air supply system at any location should not be less than 500 kPag. The instrument air gas storage tank should have sufficient capacity. If the air compressor fails, the gas in the gas storage tank should be able to ensure the operation of the entire instrument system for at least 30 minutes. Instrument air is mainly used as the power source for pneumatic regulating valves and pneumatic switching valves. Usually, the air consumption of pneumatic valves is 1~2m3/h.
Nowadays, the air consumption of intelligent valve positioners is much smaller than that of ordinary valve positioners.
