(2) Punching, shearing, and pressing machinery ① The clutch operates smoothly and reliably, with no consecutive punching. ②The brakes operate reliably and are interlocked in coordination with the clutch. ③The emergency stop button is sensitive and easily visible, and is installed in the designated location effectively. ④The protective devices for the exposed parts of the transmission are complete and reliable. ⑤The foot pedal switch should have a complete protective cover and be non-slip. ⑥The machine tool’s PE wire is reliable, and the electrical control is effective. ⑦Safety protection devices are reliable and effective; specialized tools such as pliers, hooks, clamps, electromagnetic or permanent magnetic chucks are used. ⑧The pressure feet of machines such as sheet cutting machines should be flat, and reliable protection should be in place at hazardous areas.
