I need to build a gas-water separator for semi-water gas, but I don’t have the basic parameters. Operating conditions: temperature of 150 degrees, pressure of 8 MPa. Could someone please give me some guidance? :loveliness: Where should I start? :$ I’m at a loss ⊙﹏⊙b sweat
Do you need to order the container or design it? If it’s design, once the pressure, temperature, and medium are known, the volume needs to be determined in consultation with the user; thereafter, the diameter of the cylinder is decided based on the user’s site conditions. Next comes material selection, wall thickness calculation, and the finalization of the structure. In short, it’s essential to communicate more with users when designing; otherwise, it’s one’s own interests that will suffer.
