In our factory, we recently found that the heating effect of the tar tank was not good. The final inspection found that the slag in the tar tank submerged the heater. Please tell me how each unit solved the problem.
It is relatively normal for tar slagging to appear in the tar tank, which can only be removed through the specially designed slag removal port on the tank.
If there is too much tar residue and there is no other way, you have to drain out the tar, open the bottom manhole or flush cleaning hole and clean it manually.
It seems that there is no good way to clean it regularly. We usually ask migrant workers to clean it up.
If the tar residue exceeds a certain height, depending on the regulations of your factory, you need to open the manhole at the bottom of the tar tank, drain the tar, and have people enter and clean the residue outward with a spade.

Just add a stirrer to solve the problem. In addition to super centrifuges, stirring is also useful in foreign countries.
There is no good way, so manual cleaning is used. (Old production process) If we install a tar centrifuge, this problem should be solved. We need to install a centrifuge in our new line. Jinan Iron and Steel also has centrifuges.
