Are anti-adhesion agents used in polypropylene plants?

I saw that an anti-adhesion agent is added in the flow diagram of the polypropylene plant. Does anyone who is familiar with this plant know what type of substance this anti-adhesion agent is and what its main function is? Thank you!
Can it show that it was added to that device?
It should be injected into the pipeline between the loop pipe outlet and the high-pressure flash tank inlet.
