Is it easy to obtain a production license for organic fertilizers or organic compound fertilizers? With the guidance of someone who used to run a factory, I learned what procedures need to be followed.

The requirements are similar to those for compound fertilizers, except that the samples need to be sent to Beijing or Shanghai for testing.
