What are the methods for reducing noise from valves?
Excessive noise from the valve is usually due to an incorrect valve selection; it is recommended to replace the valve.
During design: Select valves and straight pipe sections. During operation: Valve opening degree
1. Use a noise-reducing cage； 2. Increase the diameter of the pipe downstream of the valve; 3. Reduce the pressure drop.
Install noise reduction panels… Use a labyrinth valve cage, increase the diameter of the outlet pipe – all three options require re-selection
