I feel like there’s an endless stream of things being reported every day! Daily reports: Energy Daily Report, Energy Consumption Daily Report. Weekly reports: Compliance status, power consumption, economic and technical analysis. Monthly reports: Compliance status, power consumption, technical analysis, production analysis, safety analysis, corrosion prevention analysis, analysis of the operation of rotating equipment, analysis of maintenance work on stationary equipment, and so on! Annual Report:. . . . . . . .
Generating reports too frequently is costly and time-consuming! ! !
Daily production consumption report, weekly production report, monthly consumption and equipment inventory report, operator production report~~~ etc~~
Actually, it’s pretty much the same everywhere: old state-owned enterprises and old refineries are like this; in some new petrochemical industries, there aren’t as many issues. There are still too many managers; with nothing to do, they come up with these ideas. After all, we can’t just let them sit around and get paid without doing anything.
I agree with you; sometimes it does feel that way! There are always some people who end up staying in the department; they can’t just sit around doing nothing!
Private enterprises wouldn’t be so complicated; only state-owned enterprises do that
Preparing reports is quite tedious, but collecting good data will be beneficial for future work; just take your time to understand it.
