Has anyone encountered the problem where the magnetism of the floating magnet weakens, resulting in the inability to generate remote transmission signals properly? How did everyone solve it?
If the original owner uses a different magnetic object (such as a float or magnet) that can generate a remote signal, it is because the magnetism of the float has weakened or disappeared； Replace the float (while paying attention to whether the temperature of the medium and the operating temperature range of the selected float are appropriate).
At high temperatures, magnetic magnets can lose their magnetism, and the only solution is to replace them with floats equipped with high-temperature magnetic magnets imported from other countries; the quality of magnetic magnets available domestically is not very good.
This situation is basically very rare, unless there are issues with the selection of components! Or if the operating conditions change!
It is essential to determine the operating temperature of the medium, as the manufacturer selects the appropriate model based on the temperature you provide; for magnetic demagnetization, simply contact the manufacturer to have the float ball replaced!
