The detailed exploration reports related to these deposits have been approved by experts. Among them, the Haoba mining section in the Junlian mining area has coal resource reserves of 370 million tons ； The Shibao mining area in the Guxu mining district has coal reserves of 688 million tons, as well as pyrite reserves of 570 million tons. Relevant officials say that this significant breakthrough in mineral exploration will provide an important resource foundation for the development of an energy and chemical industry base in southern Sichuan.
