How to reduce the superheated steam temperature in the heating furnace. . As the title says. The superheated steam temperature in our furnace has always been extremely high. . Does anyone have any good ways to solve this? .

Are you referring to the steam superheating coil in the convection section of the heating furnace? This can be adjusted by changing the outlet temperature of the pipeline and the furnace temperature. Additionally, is the steam flow rate very low, meaning that less steam is used while still producing a large amount of output? The temperature can be reduced by increasing the amount of steam used
Our current smoke and air handling system is now in use. . Also, if the flow rate to the branches is increased, the furnace temperature will rise as well; wouldn’t the temperature of the superheated steam increase too?
